Refund policy

We want you to love your Matcha Moment.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@matchamenow.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method.
